uixperiment is committed to protecting user privacy and personal data in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP Law). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a data owner.
2. Data We Collect
Data you provide directly:
- Name and email address (registration via email or Google OAuth)
- Profile photo (if available from your Google account)
- Challenge submission content: text, answers, and design ideas you submit
Automatically collected data:
- Platform activity data (challenges participated in, submissions, usage history)
- Technical data: browser type, operating system, IP address, device data
- Cookie and session data
- Interaction data from Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
Data processed by AI:
Your submission content is processed by the uixperiment AI system to generate case studies. This data is processed automatically and is not used to train third-party AI models without your consent.
3. Purpose of Data Use
- Creating and managing your account
- Processing submissions and generating AI-based case studies
- Displaying your identity in published case studies (if you choose to make them public)
- Analyzing Platform usage for service improvement
- Sending notifications regarding challenges and the Platform
- Managing the Ticketing and transaction system (when the feature is launched)
- Complying with applicable legal obligations
4. Case Study Publication & User Identity
If you choose to publish your case study, your name and account identity will be publicly displayed alongside the case study. You can change the visibility of your case study at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Published case studies that have been accessed by other users may not be fully removed from caches or third-party copies, but we will delete them from the Platform upon your request.
5. Cookies & Third-Party Services
The Platform uses the following services that may collect data through cookies:
- Vercel Analytics - Platform usage analytics
- Microsoft Clarity - Platform usage analytics 2
- Google OAuth — account authentication (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)
You can disable cookies through your browser settings, although this may impact your experience using the Platform.
6. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with adequate technical and organizational safeguards. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes described in this policy. We do not sell or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Your Rights as a Data Subject
In accordance with the Privacy and Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your data (including submissions and case studies)
- Withdraw consent to data processing at any time
- Data portability — obtaining a copy of your data in a machine-readable format
- Object to certain data processing, including processing by AI

We may update this policy at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or Platform notification before they take effect.
